All recovery Harm Reduction Support Groups

Our meetings are judgement-free and all pathways of recovery are embraced here.
We offer our meetings as an alternative or in addition to other programs. We are not in opposition to abstinence-only groups. We say this explicitly because the typical narrative mistakenly places harm reduction in opposition to abstinence which is inaccurate. If you are abstinent from drugs and/or alcohol you are welcome here. If you are using MAT (medication assisted treatment) or other drugs, you are welcome here. If you are practicing moderation, you are welcome here.
