Our Certified Peer Recovery Specialists (CPRS) work alongside you and your family, one conversation at a time. The support we offer is non-clinical, person-centered, and trauma-informed, built on your strengths and your own definition of wellness. You decide what recovery looks like. We help you get there.
Support at every stage
Peer recovery support is available across the full continuum of recovery, from pretreatment through long-term maintenance. Whether you're just starting to think about a change, in the middle of one, or years into it, we'll work with you to name your goals, build a plan, and keep moving toward it.
Care management that goes beyond the conversation
Recovery takes stable footing. That's why care management is built into everything we do. We help you identify what you need, find it, and actually get connected to it.
That includes:
- Health and social services
- Medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
- HIV and HCV testing and treatment
- Ongoing care coordination
- Holistic support and stress management
- Food and housing resources
- Mental health services
Removing the barriers in the way
Many of the obstacles people face aren't personal. They're structural. Transportation is one of the biggest in Ocean County, where limited access to public transit has long kept services out of reach for the people who need them most.
We offer transportation vouchers for:
- Medical appointments
- Treatment and recovery facilities
- Pharmacy trips
- Social services
- Court-related appointments
Ready when you are
There's no wrong time to reach out, and no requirement that you be ready for anything in particular. Call, text, or stop by, and we'll take it from there. Call of text 609-618-0360
