Our West Creek office is open Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 5 PM, with extended hours until 7 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Find us at 1064 South Main Street, Suite 202, West Creek, NJ 08092. We'd love to see you.

Extended hours
On Mondays and Fridays, our staff are available until 8 PM for community visits and appointments outside the office.

Reach us at 609-618-0360 any day of the week between 9 AM and 8 PM. Expect a response within 30 minutes. After-hours messages are returned first thing in the morning.

Harm reduction supplies are available only on weekdays. If you're in crisis, please call 911.

Harm Reduction

We provide free harm reduction supplies and education, including safer-use materials, naloxone, referrals, and risk-reduction information. No ID is required. There’s no judgment: everyone is welcome here.
 

Recovery Coaching

Our certified Peer Recovery Specialists offer free, confidential guidance, emotional support, and referrals to local resources. Nobody should navigate recovery alone. We are here for you every step of the way.
 

Support Groups

We welcome all pathways to recovery: abstinence, medication-assisted treatment, moderation, or anything in between. Support groups meet seven days a week, offering a safe, supportive space for everyone.
 

Events

From weekly community education events to direct outreach, Sea Change brings people together across Ocean County. Visit us for support and community building; everyone is welcome.
